Due to computer problems at home and a schedule that has been way too cramped for a  working mom I have not been able to update this blog regurlarly in a long time. That doesn’t mean I won’t in the future. But for now I will only write whenever I get the opportunity. There are still a lot of things to take care of before I have a daily routine of updates again. We are organizing our new workingspace and our companies and our daughter Lea doesn’t yet have a kindergarden to go to..but It’s like eating an elephant, you can only do it one bite at a time but eventually it will be done.

I am reading some Caroline Myss and working on more material for my universal-awakening courses. From my previous experiences with archetypes I have to say that Myss adds to my vocabulary. Her theory of 4 universal archetypes and 8 individual is a nice way to approach the inner layers and get a better understanding of our persona, ego, shadow and archetypes..leading up to the self. There are many great breakthroughs among my “students” and I am grateful to be a part of their jorney! By getting access to your main archetypes you will get a better grip of yourself, your behaviours and your world. Whenever I lead my students in meditations through their layers, shadows become lit and revealed, positive aspects become empowered and a healing process begins. It is amazing how the universal symbols, which have existed since the dawn of our universe, are so relevant no matter what time we live in or what philosophy we follow.. Plato, Jung, Campbell, Myss and countless others speak the same language.The language of archetypes and symbolism.

Yesterday was creative course work day again, we worked through our past, present and future, and through meditation we built our own sagas to find keys to who we are and what mission/theme/and learningprocess we are intertwined with here on earth…. A lovely evening with lot of laughter and some releasing tears too. I’m thankful!

The days fly by and I am currently tending the gallery where I am exhibiting my work, thats the reason I have not updated in a while :-/ but I just can’t do more than what I do and I need to take care of my self, careful not to extend my energies to subzero… I am still tired cause my days are long and I have daughter Lea with me all the time too.

However, I am soo grateful, so many things are happening in my life and the exhibition is going great. When the exhibition is over I will focus on decorating my new studio (I got a GREEEAAAT studio!!!) and I will try to get my website/gallery coded and launched. There will also be a website for my courses and soulcoaching that I do..  I will tell you more about that soon.

I’m so sorry I have not been writing anything exciting and informative in a while.. it is just too much to grasp right now, I have no energy to compile a good blog-post.. BUT I WILL SOON AGAIN!

There will be more hints and tips on meditations, more vlogs, more archetypal art and analysis, and many other inspirational things

Have you ever noticed how some people live their life as if their dead? I’m sure you know what I mean, they get stuck in a rut without reflecting over how they got there or if they really wanted be there in the first place, and I’m not saying this in disrespect, because I have no right to judge anyone or say that they ought to live their life in a different way. I’m just so happy that whenever I wake up, I feel truly awake and alive, problems and obstacles nontheless. I feel I have been blessed in so many ways and whatever comes my way, good things or bad, I have responsibilities as well as rights, but it’s up to me to handle it in a conscious way. With presence, love and understanding (reminds me of peace, love and understanding forgive me for being such a nerd hehe).

Every day is filled with possibilities, every day is sacred. My life is sacred and so is my deeds.

I wish you all a life filled with life!

hey.. I’m sorry I have been absent and not managed to write or upload this weeks vlog.. it has been crasy days painting.. the exhibition is soon and I need to get some more paintings done..that and the fact that my internet is VERY unreliable, makes me avoid my computer at the moment.. but I will do my best to post stuff as often as possible when I can and when things are back to a more normal pace again I will take my time to write every day again.

Things are going great though, there are really good things coming

Exhibition in 24 days, I have 3 oilpaintings started (apart from the ones already made a while ago) that I need to finish, and to complete my series I need to make 4 more paintings… and it’s oil and some guite big so I need to make them real quick as it needs to dry before I can varnish and hang them..  :-/ eehm, well thankfully I don’t paint that thick so it isn’t entirely impossible, and these kind of paintings are very expressive and dreamlike, painted in a state of deep inspiration so I tend to work pretty fast when I get going…. and I loove the process..it is magical! So, tomorrow I have a babysitter and I will be working all day! Yay!

Channeled Creative Course work tonight again. This time my participants will be guided through yet another magic meditation to discover one of their inner archetypes and the attributes and name for that being. After that we’ll analyse last tuesday-sessions symbolic findings and combine them with the knowledge retrieved from todays meditation, and they will get to create their own archetype portrait!!! Wow, I can’t wait to see all the things that will happen today.. and what they discover about themselves, it is truly magical each time.

Today is also the day when we’ll (David and I) hopefully get to know if the studio/office we’ve applied for will be ours. ★ there is hope…
